Here are some things you can try:
If you have not created a profile yet, click here.
If you forgot your username and/or password, click here.
If you are using Internet Explorer 7:
- Click the "Tools" drop down and then "Internet Options"
- Under the "General" tab click "Delete" under "Browsing History."
- Click "Delete Cookies," "Yes," and then "Close."
- Now click the "Privacy" tab, and then click the "Sites" button.
- Type "http://www.pluginthejug.com" into the address box then click "Allow" and click "OK."
- Click "OK" again, close Internet Explorer, reopen it, and try to login again.
If you are using Firefox 2:
- On the browser menu, click "Tools" then "Options", and select the "Privacy" tab.
- Click on "Exceptions" and type "http://www.pluginthejug.com" into the address box then click "Allow" and "Close."
- Click on: "Show Cookies," "Remove All Cookies," then "Close."
- Click "OK", close Firefox, reopen it, and try to login again.
